How & Where to Pay Rent
Rent can be paid in any of the following manners:
- Online through the Tenant Portal (Ask Team for your Login Instructions to set up an account)
- CashPay (Ask Team for your CashPay ID) – Cash Pay allows you to pay cash at particular locations such as Walmart and it will be sent electronically to the landlord’s account. We do not accept cash so if you are paying by cash you must use CashPay.
- In person:
o Claremont: 33 Pleasant Street
- During Business Hours M-F 8am to 2pm at our Office
- Outside Business Hours: Drop boxes in back of building. One is black and affixed to the wall around the corner from the right side of the back door. The other is white and affixed to the wall just inside the back door by the elevator.

*What constitutes an Emergency Call?
Residents who abuse the emergency line will be fined $25 for each call.
Urgent matters include the following and will be responded to ASAP:
- Plumbing issue resulting in a flood or spraying water
- Any issue or condition causing immediate damage to the property such as the above
- Fire – Please call the Fire Department first then notify us
- Any issue directly impacting the health or safety of the residents in the building. – Please first call the Police Department in case of break in, violence, or other urgent safety needs before notifying us. Response time is essential.
Non-Urgent Matters include and will be responded to within 24 hours:
- Tripped breakers
- Interpersonal resident complaints
- Any other issue not causing immediate damage to the property or danger to a resident
